The goal is to assist you with getting rid of the distractions and frustration caused by trying to control your thoughts and feelings and, instead, focus on value-laden behavior that is going to improve your well-being. A primary goal of ACT is to increase your psychological flexibility. With flexibility comes the ability to cope effectively with negative thoughts and feelings and move forward productively. We offer both in-person and virtual individual therapy options.
